The House of Marley has pulled off something pretty remarkable with its new ANC headphones, because noise-cancellers costing this little are usually made from cheap plastic, adding to piles of e-waste. But these are engineered with FSC-certified wood and recyclable aluminium earcups, while the headband uses the company’s Rewind fabric weaved from reclaimed organic cotton, reclaimed hemp and recycled polyester. These eco-friendly foldable puppies don’t scrimp on specs either: you get 40mm drivers with a ‘monitor mode’ to let a little noise in when needed. Battery life comes in at 26hrs with ANC on, or 32hrs with it off.
