GRAND SLAM GLORY
England won their first Grand Slam for thirteen years with an heroic performance in Paris last night. They dipped deep in to their reserves of grit and determination to beat France 31-21 and send out a warning that they are back as a world force. After the three tries to nil triumph England’s new coach, Aussie Eddie Jones, said: “I’m very proud of the boys. We weren’t at our best today but we battled through and we deserved the win. It’s a great achievement and it’s great to be part of this team.
