Plant-based food brand, The Fry Family Food Co, is celebrating the launch of its brand new look and feel, which will see it removing plastic inserts across a number of its core products.
Moving one step closer to greener packaging, Fry’s has removed the plastic wrappers from seven of its main products, including its best-selling Chicken-Style Burgers, and other familyfavourites such as Traditional Burgers and Sausage Rolls. The move sets Fry’s on target to make 96 per cent of its products fully recyclable by the end of 2021. The products will now be packaged straight into the brand’s cardboard boxes, part of its mission to eliminate plastic and make its entire range recyclable. The cardboard boxes are fully recyclable.
