We’re all a-flutter in the Vegan Life team this month, because spring has officially sprung, and we couldn’t be happier for it. April is one of my favourite times of year for these very reasons — as well as for the onslaught of chocolate that comes with Easter! Long gone are the days when we vegans struggled to find a decent dairy-free chocolate egg; it is now a struggle to choose because there are SO MANY options!
