Hayley credits her remarkable 9st 3lb transformation to sticking with her gym routine – even through the tough times – and Cheryl’s hoola hooped her health problems goodbye since making exercise and healthy eating a regular part of her life. Plus, family man Phil is thrilled he’s able to keep up with the kids since becoming a healthy, active dad.

Although I live in Canada this is my absolute best WW magazine. The US/Canadian publication didn't have a quarter of the valuable information/advice that is given in the UK publication, and has now ceased. I am so glad that I can get this magazine on line although I would prefer a paper copy. Excellent publication, thank you Überprüft 17 Februar 2020
