MODEL

Master Replicas £49.99

Between 2013 and 2022, the Doctor Who Figurine Collection from Eaglemoss featured exquisite, fully painted models at various sizes, much to the delight of its subscribers. I was one of the loyal collectors who couldn’t believe their luck when the range added models of such relatively obscure characters as Alpha Centauri (number 103), Koquillion (number 136) and even a Navarino (number 204). Who else in the history of Doctor Who merchandising had even considered making miniature versions of Liv Chenka, the Borad and the Cyberking?

We wanted it to continue forever, but the demise of Eaglemoss brought the collection to a premature end after the release of Styggron (number 215). A handful of previously unseen figurines have subsequently appeared, thanks to thirdparty sellers gaining access to old warehouse stock, but the sense of ‘unfinished business’ left many collectors feeling bereft.
