Magnus Greel (aka ‘Weng-Chiang’) and the bogus ventriloquist’s dummy Mr Sin shared equal billing as one of the first wave of Character figures in 2008 – the former with swappable masked and unmasked heads, the latter with a dagger accessory. In 2018, the Fourth Doctor wore his Sherlock Holmes-esque Inverness cape for a 1970s-themed B&M exclusive three-pack (an earlier version of this figure in a slightly different paint scheme appears on page 42). The removable cape could be swapped onto a Third Doctor figure for a cheeky extra variant. Bif Bang Pow! prototypes of Greel, Sin and hypnotist Li H’sen Chang never made it to production.
