CAPTAIN RORVIK’S CREW OF TIME-TRAVELLING slave traders have been marooned in their ship, a privateer, for months. Their captive navigator, a time-sensitive, lion-like humanoid named Biroc, has stranded the ship in a featureless white void and refuses to co-operate. Sensing the arrival of the TARDIS – carrying the Doctor, Romana, Adric and K9 – Biroc escapes the privateer, breaches the Time Lord’s ship and brings it in to land.
