There’s this iconic staircase that leads to [theatre director] Corky St. Clair’s apartment, and all the players of the theatre run over to try and get Corky to come out of his home.
There’s a moment where Catherine O’Hara says, ‘Corky, we love you!’, and I find that to be a great moment in cinema.”
