A loving grandson who tackled this year’s Isle of Skye half-marathon in memory of his Oban grandmother has presented a £1,300 cheque to Alzheimer Scotland.
Hugh Campbell, 32, is a Skye running champion who lives and runs a marketing business in Portree. His grandmother Joan McGill lived in Oban’s Pulpit Hill. She suThered from vascular dementia before her death, aged 83, in February this year.
