Type 2 diabetes has grown to become one of the greatest health issues worldwide; negatively affecting an increasing number of adults and children.
The good news is that if you are looking to reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes there is plenty that you can do about it, with help from natural therapies.
GET ACTIVE
Exercise is a crucial part of preventing type 2 diabetes. One of the easiest ways to regulate blood sugar levels (the issue at the core of the disease) and combat obesity is to exercise regularly. Prioritise exercise in your daily routine by taking the stairs instead of the lift or simply getting off the bus one or two stops early – just find an activity you enjoy and do it as often as possible!
