Exercise is frequently cited as being vital in managing such symptoms. It lowers pain and stiffness, makes us stronger and improves our balance. But it isn’t easy to exercise for people with arthritis. So we’ve reviewed a handful of products on page 7 that can make a difference. We’ve also looked at a gentle form of exercise – Qigong – to see what impact it can have on people living in pain (page 8).
