Why does my friend’s laptop keep crashing?
Q My friend’s Lenovo V15 ADA laptop keeps crashing to the blue screen of death. I’ve had to reset it three times because it won’t reboot after a crash. I’ve tried numerous tests. Sometimes it runs normally for a few hours or even days before it goes to the blue screen. I’ve run out of things to try. Can the excellent Computeractive team offer a way to resolve this continual crashing of an otherwise good laptop?
