Unless you stick to gentle hacking, most riding activity is classified as high impact. Look for a bra designed for this level of exercise, as it will minimise movement, keeping you comfier when you ride.
There are many designs of bra, and a lot of it is down to personal preference, but, as a rule, if you have a larger cup size then a style with cups rather than a crop top is likely to be more comfortable. Racer back styles can be comfy, but it’s important to try before you buy, as they can also be more difficult to put on and take off – front fastening designs are very easy to fasten.
