Football disciplinary expert Graham Bean thinks he’s found a loophole in the FA rule book that will open up the chance for clubs hit with points deductions to get them overturned. Bean, the former head of the Football Association’s compliance unit, also believes part of the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League play-offs could be delayed while Northwich Victoria bring arbitration proceedings against the FA.
