Providing detailed demographic data, the 1921 Census highlights family structures, occupations, and residential locations, giving a vital insight into this remarkable period in our history. The 1921 Census has been available on Findmypast for England and Wales since 2022; the 1921 Census for Scotland came online that year too, at ScotlandsPeople. The 2025 development, which sees the 1921 Census for England and Wales now available on Ancestry, makes it accessible to more people.
