Thanks to our jaunt over to France I have got a big stack of booze in the garage, just waiting to intoxicate me and my buddies on my 30th birthday. But that wasn’t the only good thing to come from our weekend away, heavens no. Frodo and I learnt an awful lot about the three touring specials we ventured over to France on. But it’s still difficult to really say which one is best. If long-distance touring is your thing and money is not much of an object, then you’d probably want to lean towards the KTM. Its massive fuel tank means you won’t be stopping every five minutes; it’s got all the electronic aids that you could wish for; and it’s as fast as fudge.
