OPENING NOTES

The New Black

GP just keeps getting better. I loved the Layla issue [July 2020], and I’ve just finished digging into the making of AC/DC’s Back in Black article [August 2020]. These stories are captivating, and it’s great to get all the details about gear, including the history of the SG. And speaking of gear, the “Raising of Lazarus” story [August] is fantastic! It reads like a good investigative story - suspenseful and satisfying. Please keep these kinds of stories coming. The Aficionado section of the magazine has really been superb, and stories like Lazarus are the icing on the cake.
