Sara is This Morning’s resident GP on ITV, as well as a practising GP in London. ‘In my self-care toolkit are: emergency nuts for if I get hangry. They are full of goodness such as protein, fibre, omega-3 and selenium. I always carry trainers so that I can get off a few stops early and power walk to work if I’m feeling lethargic or grumpy. Walking in the fresh air instantly makes me feel better and gives me energy. I also use audiobooks to make my horrendous commute so much more tolerable, and the Headspace app for daily meditation and mindfulness.’
