Most registered nutritionists and dietitians fear saying the wrong thing. We started the Forking Wellness podcast because, as both friends and health professionals, we always had very candid and honest conversations about nutrition that we didn’t see anyone else having. The topic of nutrition tends to be quite emotive and many professionals feel they need to be perfectly balanced or politically correct in their conversations. Through the podcast, we’ve found a way to talk about nutrition and health that upholds our professional standards, while still addressing our honest thoughts and opinions.
