With the Christmas and New Year in the rear-view mirror, we’re now in great riding weather. Before anything else, we’re riders and this is one of our four favourite riding seasons!
As fans, Harley-Davidson’s new models and updates are one of our annual highlights. And in 2025, there’s stuff that makes us happy and satisfied. We’ve had a good look at what’s on the way and have shared the news in this issue.
We’ve also clocked up miles on a CVO Road Glide ST without the pressure of a road test, David’s ridden a tricked-out Street Glide, and a hot rod Low Rider S demo from Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson. He’s still smiling.
Hot from Europe is a good look at MBE Verona 2025. Lots of new and different ways of doing things. Well worth the look.
If custom bikes are your thing, check out True Blue – a true lay-frame M8 Heritage Softail. Followed by Captain Iconic, a great Captain America homage, and then an Evo Heritage Softail with details that continue to show themselves.
Paul’s got new Shinko tyres on his 2014 Street Glide, and Mick’s been in the shed with Lady Liberty – his 1986 Liberty Edition Sportster.
Phil’s snuck in a day in the saddle in New Zealand aboard a Street Glide, and checked out the Litas Auckland.
All of this as well as our regulars from John Rooth, Doc Robinson and In The Shed.
HEAVY DUTY Magazine 199 is on sale Monday 10th March in better newsagents and bike shops across Australia and New Zealand.
