DRIED HONEY APPLE CRISPS
Serves 2 Takes 30 minutes
Moreish crisps with just goodness in them.
INGREDIENTS
• 2 Pink Lady apples, unpeeled
• 2 tbsp runny honey
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4.
2.Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the apples into rounds about 3mm/ 1⁄8 in thick. Discard any pips (leave the core), then arrange on a wire rack over a baking tray.
