Occupying a handsome peach-toned building in Palma’s history-steeped Plaça de Cort, Hotel Cappuccino makes a real statement. The maximalist bar – all hand-painted ceilings and banana-yellow armchairs – is a masterclass in clashing pattern and print, and the sunshine-filled suites follow suit with sculptural headboards, bamboo chairs and bold patterned tiles (3).
