Actress and YouTuber Emily Atack tells HELLO! how pregnancy has given her pause to reconsider her approach to self-care – and shares her high street beauty picks

When we catch up with Emily Atack, the 34-year-old Celebrity Juice star is preparing to welcome her first child with scientist Dr Alistair Garner – and her due date is fast approaching.
“To be honest,” she tells us on the call, “on the topic of self-care, I’m in bed right now. I’m the size of a house and I’m craving cinnamon buns, which I’ve got on tap, so that’s great.”
Emily is celebrating her second year as a Soap & Glory ambassador, but for a long while she didn’t have a skin or bodycare routine, saying: “I was never very good with self-care, but in the last couple of years it’s something that I’ve really looked at”
