RUMPLED PONIES
There’s more to these low-slung ponytails (left) than meets the eye, says Adam Garland, backstage at Eudon Choi. “The overall look is designed to have no hard lines,” he tells us. “After creating an irregular side parting and applying Authentic Beauty Concept’s Airy Texture Spray to create a dry, dusty finish, we gathered the ponytail at the nape of the neck. Then, to give it more dimension, we rubbed a balloon up and down the hair shaft to create static, followed by a light mist of hairspray and Authentic Beauty Concept’s Nymph Salt Spray. To finish, random pieces of hair were untucked and pulled forward to create a veil over the face.”
