Having opened just a few months ago on Playa Migjorn’s pristine shores, Dunas de Formentera draws a stylish crowd with its pared-back aesthetic and softly tuned mood. Bedrooms (2) are satisfyingly simple, with beamed ceilings, blue-and-white striped headboards and Mediterranean-facing terraces. If you tire of the beach, there’s the turquoise sliver of a pool (3), flanked by thick-cushioned sun beds and side tables hewn out of tree stumps. For those chasing the last licks of sunshine, this is a rather lovely place to do it.
