Harry Styles goes viral with his performance of Aperture and Olivia Dean sings her hit Man I Need
Harry Styles was the man of the hour at the 2026 Brit Awards, bringing down the house in his native north-west. Opening the ceremony with an electric performance of his latest single, Aperture, he set the tone with his viral dance moves for a monumental night at Manchester’s Co-op Live arena.
The UK music industry’s annual celebration was taking place outside London for the first time. With its rich musical heritage, Manchester was the perfect choice for the event, and one of the city’s most famous talents, Oasis star Noel Gallagher, took home the songwriter of the year prize.
He was joined by his daughter, Anaïs, and sons Donovan and Sonny, while his nephews Gene and Lennon – the sons of Noel’s brother Liam – were also in town to join the celebrations.
Lennon – who made sure to keep a distance from the model Isobel Richmond, his former girlfriend – and Gene were spotted chatting to friends at the Warner Music party before moving across town to link up with their uncle and cousins.
