Apple has announced a change in how thirdparty apps can access your data. Rather than let them blithely use in-app advertising to track users via Apple’s IDFA (or Identifier for Advertisers), you have the final say. Indeed, app developers will have to ask for your consent before they track you across apps and websites – a move that’s set to shake up current advertising models.
