Edit on the go with iOS iMovie: add Ken Burns camera moves
How to combine video and stills using iOS iMovie, and then continue editing in macOS
High-quality photos add extra texture to your video projects and you can use digital camera moves to bring them to life
The iOS version of iMovie enables you to put together a rough cut of a film while sitting on the sofa. You can also access extra music assets that aren’t available in the macOS version of iMovie. We’ll demonstrate how to edit a mix of clips and stills on your iPhone and use Ken Burns camera moves to bring the stills to life. We’ll also show you how to export the edited mix of clips and stills as a macOS iMovie project. You can then import our supplied iOS iMovie project into your Mac and fine-tune properties, such as the Ken Burns camera moves that we applied to our photos on the iPhone version of iMovie.
