In my last editorial I chatted a bit about reality shows. I’m not a fan but as I already mentioned, Yannie loves watching the likes of Love Island, where a bunch of brain dead bimbos get together and endlessly repeat “It is what it is, I’m not gonna lie.” What a shame that our relationship with Love Island doesn’t seem to have taken a nosedive after Brexit. I always say to Yannie that this show is just completely unrealistic. All these British people abroad and none of them with diarrhoea. Ah well, “Shit is what shit is.”

We shouldn’t underestimate the money these folk can make from appearing on a reality show however, nor indeed the powerful positions they can achieve in society. Crikey, one of them even became President of the USA, and now may even get to star in his own Netflix series, Orange is the New Orange.
