Shiskine Golf and Tennis Club are excited to invite all tennis players – budding, rusty, junior, seniors or otherwise – to come and join in for an open day to finally celebrate the arrival of the new all-weather artificial grass courts – the only ones on the island.
Free of charge, they plan to run an open day to kick off the season, on the Saturday April 8 from 1pm to 5pm.
After several years when the tennis courts were at times unplayable due to drainage, the two courts have been resurfaced with artificial grass and will be completed by next week. These are the only all-weather artificial grass courts on the island and are a great amenity for the community and tourists.
