THE STUNNING STONEWORK IS ORIGINAL TO THIS 1971 CHARLES DU BOIS CONDO. NEW ENTRY GATES ON THE LEFT WERE CREATED USING THE EXACT DESIGN OF THE ORIGINAL STATIONARY GATE LOCATED TO THE RIGHT. AN IMPRESSIVE MADAGASCAR OCOTILLO STANDS TALL IN THE ENTRY COURTYARD, BEHIND THE STATIONARY GATE.
