What’s the best way to grow the hobby? There are plenty of great ideas, but none better than putting cards directly in the hands of hockey fans who might not have previously considered collecting. Upper Deck committed hard to this approach, teaming up with clubs across the league to offer giveaways for use in-arena or in a charitable setting. The cards feature the same design as the 2018-19 Upper Deck base set, though some are augmented with sponsor information or anniversary designations, and all feature unique numbering to make them easily distinguishable from their base counterparts.
