Back in 2010, when it came to their thirteenth studio album, German veterans Helloween decided to go for a heavier style. In terms of sonic intensity, Seven Sinners practically became the band’s equivalent of Judas Priest’s Painkiller, but it didn’t sound too much like Helloween. If you’re looking for the unique Helloween sound born on 1987’s classic Keeper Of The Seven Keys, with its upbeat ‘happy pumpkin’ tone, you’ll find little of that on this remastered edition.
