When you first try shooting, the ground will provide everything you need – but eventually you’ll want to start collecting your own equipment in order to be more comfortable and hopefully improve your performance. Eye protection is essential and you can spend a small fortune on featherweight glasses with specially coated lenses. If you’re on a tight budget remember that your local DIY store probably sells optically correct safety glasses for a few quid.
