I f you go clay shooting regularly, sooner or later you will be asked to score, or if you are a nice person you may even volunteer. This is of course an honour and a privilege, not to mention a position of trust. This is a chance to demonstrate your leadership qualities – but it also has the potential to make you the most unpopular chap on the planet if you fail to spot that microscopic fragment break off a distant target which the shooter is quite sure he hit.
