Along with dry eyes and keyboard crumbs, repetitive-strain injury (RSI) is one of the hazards of sitting at a computer for 10 hours every day. I’ve been lucky to avoid the worst RSI symptoms – shooting pains, muscle cramps, swollen joints – but recently I’ve noticed my wrist going numb after long periods of relentless pointing and clicking.
