Laney Dualtop Amp Head
Following on from the success of its IRF-Loudpedal, Laney expanded the concept with two small but devastatingly powerful heads: the Leadtop and this model, the twin-channel Dualtop. The Dualtop is essentially the same as the Loudpedal but in a more conventional head layout. Two footswitchable channels drive the same punchy 60-watt Class Dpower stage, while other key features include a three-band passive EQ, a series effects loop, an excellent digital reverb based on Laney’s Secret Path algorithm, and a switchable high-quality IR-loaded XLR DI out. The Dualtop might be small, but it’s got a big voice, with sparkling cleans and teeth to tear into the most aggressive metal, all at a ridiculously low price.
