May’s Gun Mart has reports from the recent British Shooting Show and there was certainly plenty of new and interesting kit to see. We also have all the usual gun tests of course and in ‘Airguns’, Mark Camoccio tests the Daystate Renegade bullpup PCP and finds an air rifle with many of the features of the electronic super gun, the Pulsar, with a simplified, mechanical action but it’s still got a trick up its sleeve as far as the trigger is concerned. In ‘Shotguns’, Bruce Potts trials the Mossberg 535 pump action shotgun in ‘Duck Commander’ guise and tests out an impressive shotgun cleaning system from Magic Bore. In ‘Firearms’, it’s clear that Sabatti have got a sweet ‘Tactical’ style bolt action on their hands with the STR and Chris Parkin turns night into day, when he steps out with the Pulsar LRF 970 Digital Riflescope.
