How to get to grip with transcripts
1 Start a search
One of the best elements of transcripts is the ability to search podcasts for specific words. This allows you to easily filter through podcasts to get to topics that are of interest or to find some of your favorite segments. To do so tap Search on the transcript page.
2 Find a segment
Most podcasts have different segments to structure the show. One of my favorites in the iMore podcast is called “New Heights” and in the show, there’s a segment called “New News.” By typing “New News” into the search field I can jump straight to that part of the episode without manually trying to find it.
