We had an overwhelming response to our competition this year which meant a very difficult job judging it (copious amounts of tea involved!). Every single person that entered is passionate about their own plot but we were looking for something a bit special and we found it in our winners. We will be including as many entries as we can over the next few months because as passionate plotters all are d of being featured in the magazine.

What the judges thought

It was clear Denise and Virgil are passionate about their allotment an we loved the variety of produce and taken to grow it. Their plot is simply packed with such a variety of produce with a good succession of crops too. Attention to detail is clearly important and the couple spend every spare moment they have tending their plot.
