Be more productive at work by automating tasks
Work-related shortcuts are not restricted to Pages, Numbers and Keynote. Take a look in the Gallery and you’ll find shortcuts such as Break Timer, which lets you take a breather while remaining focused, and Create Meeting Note which checks your calendar for upcoming gatherings and gets a note ready for you. It’s worth mentioning that workflows you may have created using Automator (Shortcuts’ effective predecessor on Mac) can also be imported into Shortcuts (File > Import) and converted. You may need to make some tweaks to get them working, though.
