Quick Note allows you to create notes while you use other apps and have them added to the Quick Notes folder in Notes.
APPLE HAS BEEN steadily improving its built–in apps over the last few years. Having made big changes to Messages and FaceTime, Notes hasn’t been left out. While the biggest news in macOS Monterey is Quick Note, which makes system– wide access to notes quick and easy, there are several other new features. These include support for tagging notes to make them easier to categorize and find; the ability to ‘@‘ other users to alert them to something that needs their attention; custom smart folders; tracked changes for individual notes; and an activity view that displays changes made to notes while you were away.
