It was great to share tables at Telford with some of our overseas partners. MiniArt in particular had a great display set out including some exciting new releases. In their own words: ‘This year MiniArt’s team visited Scale Model World in Telford for the first time. We were very impressed with the show! It was an amazing two days and we were overwhelmed at the sheer size of the event. Moreover, we were impressed with quantity and quality of the models presented. It was fascinating to be in a place where so many highly skilled modellers were concentrated together. It was a pleasure to meet and chat a bit with everyone there! We enjoyed the show and hope to visit it again in the future. We enjoyed out first trip to the UK, finding it to be an amazing country with lovely people. And we finished the trip with a visit to one of the museums in London.’

MiniArt had prepared some special announcements for Scale ModelWorld. One of them is the first kit from a new series in their catalogue: the ‘Aircraft Miniatures Series’. The kit is of the Fl 282 V-6 Kolibri (ref. 41001). They also announced the release of a new family of tanks - the M3 - and the first kit was revealed, the M3 Lee Early Production (ref. 35206). MiniArt also brought a variety of built up samples to the show prepared by Ukrainian modellers, such as the T-60, T-54, and their latest release the T-55 tank.
