THE SIX winners of the Business Gateway Argyll and Bute competition to win a trade stand for a day at the Best of the West festival (BOW) have been announced.
Now in its fourth year, the competition invited local businesses to share what is special about their venture and why their products would be a good fit at the festival.
The successful businesses selected to showcase their products in the Business Gateway sponsored craft tent this year are The Puffer Food Company with its range of preserves; The Divine Hag, offering hand-crafted aromatherapy sprays; Mummy’s Sew Crafty, with a range of handmade children’s clothes and accessories; Sea Harr Houses, which creates unique little houses and figures using driftwood, recycled wood, material and felt; Woolyhatz, with knitted and hand-crocheted hats, scarves and gloves; and Annie Pins with a range of textile quilts, bags, purses and bunting made from Harris tweed, linens and vintage fabrics.
