It's that time of the month again and the latest edition of Pacenotes Rally Magazine has hit the shelves!

Stephen Wright graces the cover of the March edition after his last-gasp victory at the opening round of the Northern Ireland Championship. After last month's Subaru celebration, we thought be better treat the Mitsubishi fans out there to something special. So Jamie Arkle takes a look at Mitsubishi's challenging foray into the World Rally Championship with its World Rally Car.

Martin Holmes winds the clock back a bit further - to 1986 - and remembers the time that Markku Alen became World Champion...for just 11 days! It's still probably one of the biggest scandals in World Rally Championship history.
