Still enjoying the creative spurt that started in 1989, Motorpsycho are so prolific that keeping up with their output feels like a full-time job. Fortunately, the Norwegians are also astonishingly consistent. Following 2024’s stoned and riffy Neigh!!, their first self-titled record heralds a partial return to the all-encompassing prog rock of 2017’s The Tower and its far-out follow-up, The Crucible.
