At the RSPB we’re often contacted by gardeners who want to know what to feed their hungry garden visitors during the winter. People love seeing their garden come to life in the colder months and watching birds from the window can be incredibly therapeutic. Of course, the birds benefit too by having an easily accessible supply of food. But what’s good for them – and what should you avoid?
