LEAGUE ONE ROUND-UP
HUNSLET have added two more players to their ranks for 2024, signalling the completion of coach Dean Muir's first squad.
The new coach has already brought in a host of new players to the club, and has now added to that with highly-rated youngster Iwan Orr and former Wakefield and Newcastle centre Mac Walsh.
Orr, the son of Castleford legend Danny Orr, can play at halfback or fullback and was part of the England Universities sides that were undefeated as they won both the President's Cup and the Student Four Nations.
Muir is delighted to get him on board: "Iwan has talent and a great attitude to learning and becoming a better player.
"He has been on a number of clubs' radar and is someone I'm excited to work with."
Walsh began his career with Wakefield before moving to the North East to study at University and switched to rugby union.
