Wane’s central selection dilemma

THERE is no bigger issue facing Shaun Wane than the spine he should find for the first Ashes clash at Wembley.
Jake Connor’s omission from England’s 24-man squad brought some clarity, but in truth the Man of Steel was always considered unlikely to make Wane’s selection.
Intrigue remains, however, when we consider who will be picked -and where - for the other playmaking options.
